Overview: What the Calculation Trace Represents & Live Stage-by-Stage Diagrams

When you enter an expression such as 0.1 + 0.2 or 9.0000000000000005 + 0.30000008 and click RESOLVE MANIFOLD (=), the fuchsia Soliton Orb and its persistent Comet Trail trace a Holonomic Geodesic from the outermost torus (\(T_4\)) inward to the core torus (\(T_0\)).

Instead of treating a calculation as an instantaneous black-box CPU operation, the engine models computation as a 5-stage topological compression process. Use the live expression bar below to feed any operand pair into the five interactive stage diagrams and watch how each stage translates arithmetic operations into 3D manifold routing and inter-manifold quadrances (\(Q_1, Q_2, Q_3, \hat{Q}, A_R\)).

Orthogonal \(90^\circ\) plane flip (\(XY \to XZ\), \(R_3=105, W_3=10\)). Operators are ordered via Dijkstra's Shunting-Yard precedence (\(\wedge \to \times,\div \to +,-\)) and operand pairs \(\frac{a_n}{a_d}, \frac{b_n}{b_d}\) cross-multiply into a common toroidal denominator phase space \(D_{\text{com}} = a_d \cdot b_d\).

4. Exit & Quadrance Gate
At Pulse 60 (F30/30), triangulates between \(T_4\) (\(V_2\)) and \(T_2\) (\(V_3\)) and folds \(90^\circ\) (\(XZ \to XY\)) into \(T_2\).

CHAPTER 2

How We Know Where to Start and Where to Finish

Every reset calculation has an exact, deterministic 3D starting coordinate on \(T_4\) and an exact 150-pulse atomic closure condition on \(T_0\).

A. Exact Starting Point (Stage 0, Node 1 on \(T_4\))

When Reset Before Calc is ticked, internal time \(t=0\), \(\text{pulseCount}=0\), and manifold rotation reset to zero. At \(\theta_0 = 0^\circ, \phi_0 = W_4\theta_0 = 0^\circ\) on \(T_4\) (\(R_4=155, r_4=12\) in the \(XY\) plane):

$$P_{\text{start}} = \big((R_4 + r_4\cos 0)\cos 0,\; (R_4 + r_4\cos 0)\sin 0,\; r_4\sin 0\big) = (167, 0, 0)$$

A glowing crimson-rose Octahedron Checkpoint Diamond is dropped at \((167,0,0)\) the instant you press =.

B. Exact Finishing Point (Stage 4, Node 30 on \(T_0\))

Each of the 5 tiers requires one full 30-node \(C_3 \times C_2\) parity cycle to resolve the \(0.5\) Cesium-133 half-cycle residual (\(153{,}210{,}529.5 \times 30 = 4{,}596{,}315{,}885\) exact atomic cycles):

$$5\text{ stages} \times 30\text{ nodes/stage} = 150\text{ pulses} = 2.5\text{ s (nominal)} = 720^\circ\text{ Holonomic}$$

At Pulse 150 (Frame F30/30 on \(T_0\)), the 5th parity gate closes (\(\phi_p = 0.0\)), dropping the sky-blue diamond and latching the answer.

Explaining \(V_1, V_2, V_3, V_4\) in the TQF Module: Interactive Graphical Explainers (Sections 1–4)

Each calculation node generates a 4-vertex geometric equilibrium polygon spanning the space between adjacent manifolds. Below, each of the four vertices (Sections 1 through 4) has its own interactive graphical explainer showing how its 3D coordinate is constructed, how it couples to the manifold braids, and how all four vertices combine via Wildberger's Triple Quad Formula (TQF).

1. Vertex \(V_1\) (\(P_{\text{node}}\) — Active Calculation Node)

Active Tier Tn · θk = 12°k · C3 × C2 Phase Anchor

The 3D coordinate of the calculation pointer on the active manifold \(T_n\) at frame \(k \in \{0,\dots,29\}\). As \(k\) steps around the 30-node clock, \(V_1\) advances by \(12^\circ\) toroidally (\(\theta_k = \frac{2\pi k}{30}\)) while jumping across the 6 poloidal \(C_3 \times C_2\) helix channels via triadic phase \(c_3 = (k\bmod 3)\frac{2\pi}{3} \in \{0^\circ, 120^\circ, 240^\circ\}\) and chiral sign \(c_2 = (-1)^k \in \{+1, -1\}\):

$$\phi_1(k) = W_n\,\theta_k\,c_2 + c_3,\qquad V_1 = \mathcal{R}_{T_n}\!\Big((R_n + r_n\cos\phi_1)\cos\theta_k,\; (R_n + r_n\cos\phi_1)\sin\theta_k,\; r_n\sin\phi_1\Big)$$

2. Vertex \(V_2\) (\(P_{\text{upper}}\) — Outer Tension Anchor)

Outer Bounding Tier Tupper · +120° Poloidal · +0.18 rad Lead

The phase-coupled anchor on the nearest outer manifold \(T_{\text{upper}}\). To prevent \(V_2\) from lying on the same radial line as \(V_1\), it is shifted by \(+120^\circ\) (\(+2\pi/3\)) poloidally (the next \(C_3\) triadic rail) and \(+0.18\text{ rad}\) (\(+10.3^\circ\)) toroidally, and rotated by the outer Tension field (\(\theta_{\text{tension}}\)). Its squared distance to \(V_1\) defines the first inter-manifold quadrance \(Q_1 = \Vert V_1 - V_2\Vert^2\).

3. Vertex \(V_3\) (\(P_{\text{lower}}\) — Inner Torsion Anchor)

Inner Bounding Tier Tlower · −120° (+240°) Poloidal · −0.18 rad Lag

The conjugate anchor on the nearest inner manifold \(T_{\text{lower}}\), shifted by \(-120^\circ\) (\(+4\pi/3\)) poloidally and \(-0.18\text{ rad}\) (\(-10.3^\circ\)) toroidally, and twisted by the inner Torsion field (\(\theta_{\text{torsion}}\)). Together with \(V_1\) and \(V_2\), it establishes the inner quadrance \(Q_2 = \Vert V_1 - V_3\Vert^2\), the bounding span \(Q_3 = \Vert V_2 - V_3\Vert^2\), and the projective quadrance \(\hat{Q} = \frac{Q_1+Q_2}{Q_1+Q_2+Q_3}\).

4. Vertex \(V_4\) (\(P_4\) — Inferred 4th Equilibrium Point via TQF)

AR = (ΣQ)² − 2Σ(Q²) = 16A² · Parallelogram Equilibrium Projection

From the three known vertices \((V_1, V_2, V_3)\) and their pairwise quadrances \((Q_1, Q_2, Q_3)\), the engine evaluates Archimedes' Triple Quad Formula \(A_R = (Q_1+Q_2+Q_3)^2 - 2(Q_1^2+Q_2^2+Q_3^2) = 16A^2\) and projects the 4th equilibrium point \(V_4\) by scaling the parallelogram resultant \((V_2 - V_1) + (V_3 - V_1)\):

$$q_{\text{scale}} = 0.65 + 0.45\frac{\sqrt{A_R}}{Q_1 + Q_2 + Q_3 + 1},\qquad V_4 = V_1 + q_{\text{scale}}\big[(V_2 - V_1) + (V_3 - V_1)\big]$$
CHAPTER 5

Homology Shear Drag, The \(\pi/6\) Spinor Lock & System-Wide Coupling Breakdown

Why does the engine lock with zero drag whenever \(\Delta\theta = \vert\theta_{\text{tension}} - \theta_{\text{torsion}}\vert\) is a multiple of \(30^\circ\) (\(\frac{\pi}{6}\)), and what actually happens inside the calculator when Homology Shear Drag (SHEAR) is present? Below is the complete mathematical and interactive breakdown of what Homology Shear Drag is and the five parts of the system it directly modulates.

What Is Homology Shear Drag?

The 5-tier manifold is split into two counter-rotating topological bundles that meet at the Equatorial Gearbox \(T_2\) (\(W_2 = 12\) wraps):

  • Outer Tension Bundle (\(T_4, T_3\)): Rotates around the \(Y\)-axis by \(\theta_{\text{tension}}\).
  • Inner Torsion Bundle (\(T_1, T_0\)): Twists around the orthogonal \(Z/Y\)-axes by \(\theta_{\text{torsion}}\).
  • Because \(T_2\) has \(W_2 = 12\) helical wraps over \(360^\circ\), its teeth sit at exact \(\frac{360^\circ}{12} = 30^\circ\) (\(\frac{\pi}{6}\)) intervals. When \(\Delta\theta \bmod 30^\circ \neq 0\), the outer and inner 1-cycles fail to close across \(T_2\), creating a non-zero boundary mismatch \(\delta\theta = \Delta\theta \bmod 30^\circ\) called Homology Shear Drag: $$\mathcal{D}_{\text{shear}}(\Delta\theta) = \big|\sin(6\,\Delta\theta)\big| = \left|\sin\!\left(\pi\frac{\Delta\theta}{30^\circ}\right)\right| \in [0, 1]$$

Which 5 System Components Does It Interact With?

  1. Equatorial \(T_2\) Gearbox (\(W_2=12\)): Shifts the 12 \(\pi/6\) gear teeth from clean mesh (\(\delta\theta=0^\circ\)) to tip-on-tip interference (\(\delta\theta=15^\circ\)).
  2. 150 TQF Quadrance Polygons (\(Q_1, Q_2, Q_3, \hat{Q}, A_R\)): Stretches the inter-manifold span \(Q_3 = \Vert V_2 - V_3\Vert^2\) between outer \(V_2\) and inner \(V_3\), warping \(\hat{Q}\) and \(A_R\).
  3. 3D Geodesic Plunge Bridges (\(T_3 \to T_2 \to T_1\)): Bends the fuchsia calculation trace as it crosses from Tension into Torsion.
  4. Differential Clutch (\(\eta_r\)) & Scalar Core (\(T_0\)): Adds to clutch slip \((1-\eta)28^\circ\) and holonomy drift \(\Vert\log\mathcal{H}\Vert 50^\circ\), turning the \(T_0\) core crimson.

How the 5 Manifold Stages Execute Unbounded Rational Arithmetic & What Differentiates Them

While standard CPUs crush every number into a flat 64-bit IEEE-754 floating-point register (53 bits of binary mantissa) at the very first step, the SHD-CCP engine distributes arithmetic across five topologically distinct manifold stages (\(T_4 \to T_0\)). Each stage operates in a different algebraic representation space, on a different orthogonal plane (\(XY \leftrightarrow XZ\)), and performs a strictly specialized transformation on the unbounded BigInt rational tensor \(\{n, d\} \in \mathbb{Z} \times \mathbb{Z}^+\).

Stage & Manifold Algebraic Space & Data Type Exact Mathematical Transformation Bit-Length & Denominator Behavior What Makes This Stage Unique (Geometric & Algorithmic Role)
Stage 0 (\(T_4\))
XY Flat · R=155, W=8
String \(\to\) Coprime BigInt Pair \(\{a_n, a_d\}, \{b_n, b_d\}\) $$a_d = \frac{10^{k_A}}{g_A},\quad a_n = \frac{\text{int}(A)}{g_A}$$ where \(g_A = \gcd(\vert\text{int}(A)\vert, 10^{k_A})\) Base-10 Lattice Lift: Denominator contains only prime factors \(2^\alpha \cdot 5^\beta\). Zero binary float rounding. Ingestion Gate: The only stage that touches raw base-10 characters. Bypasses `parseFloat()` completely so \(0.1 \to \{1,10\}\) with \(0\) bit-loss.
Stage 1 (\(T_3\))
XZ Upright · R=105, W=10
Phase-Aligned Tensor Pair over Common \(D_{\text{com}}\) $$D_{\text{com}} = a_d \cdot b_d$$ $$A' = a_n \cdot b_d,\quad B' = b_n \cdot a_d$$ Bit-Length Expansion Peak: Bit-length grows additively: \(\log_2(D_{\text{com}}) \approx \log_2(a_d) + \log_2(b_d)\). Orthogonal Phase Alignment: \(90^\circ\) \(XZ\) tilt separates numerator and denominator axes; Shunting-Yard orders operators (\(\wedge \to \times,\div \to +,-\)) and locks both operands into a shared toroidal phase space \(a_d b_d\).
Stage 2 (\(T_2\))
XY Clutch · R=65, W=12
Single Unreduced Superimposed Fraction \(\{N_{\text{raw}}, D_{\text{raw}}\}\) $$N_{\text{raw}} = A' \pm B' \;\text{ or }\; a_n b_n$$ $$D_{\text{raw}} = a_d b_d \;\text{ or }\; a_d b_n$$ Superposition Peak: Two separate operand tensors collapse into one unreduced fraction (carrying redundant common factors). Equatorial \(\pi/6\) Wave Interference: The only stage where two wavefunctions interact via the active operator (\(+,-,\times,\div,\wedge,\sqrt{\cdot},\sin,\cos\)) across the twelve \(30^\circ\) (\(\pi/6\)) clutch sectors.
Stage 3 (\(T_1\))
XZ Upright · R=35, W=14
Canonical Irreducible Rational \(\{N_{\text{pruned}}, D_{\text{pruned}}\}\) $$c = \gcd(\vert N_{\text{raw}}\vert, D_{\text{raw}})$$ $$N_{\text{pruned}} = \frac{N_{\text{raw}}}{c},\; D_{\text{pruned}} = \frac{D_{\text{raw}}}{c}$$ Entropy & Bit-Length Collapse: Strips \(\Delta B = \log_2(c)\) bits of collinear bloat from both numerator and denominator. TQF Collinear Pruning: Geometrically equivalent to pruning collinear midpoints where Archimedes' \(A_R = 16A^2 = 0\). Clock slows from \(6.0\times \to 2.5\times\) to guarantee canonical coprime uniqueness (\(\gcd=1\)).
Stage 4 (\(T_0\))
XY Core · R=15, W=16
Base-10 Soliton String & 64-Bit Einstein Tile (`uint64`) $$d_i = \lfloor 10\cdot r_{i-1} / D_{\text{pruned}} \rfloor$$ $$r_i = (10\cdot r_{i-1}) \bmod D_{\text{pruned}}$$ Zero-Remainder Lock: Each \(\times 10\) wrap extracts one exact base-10 digit; halts immediately when \(r_i = 0\). 2:1 Core Singularity Latch: Winds at double angular velocity (\(\omega_0 = 2\omega_4, 96\text{ Hz}\)) to unwind the rational fraction back into human-readable base-10 digits and seals the Prime-Triplet CRT \((881,883,887)\) Engram.

CHAPTER 7

Does This Calculator Use Sine, Cosine, or Tangent? (Deep Dive into Layers 1, 2 & 3)

The answer depends on which of the three architectural layers you are inspecting. In the core SHD-CCP governance kernel (Layer 1), transcendental \(\sin, \cos, \tan\) and irrational \(\sqrt{x}\) are 100% bypassed via Rational Trigonometry and Rational Cayley Spinors. When you press sin or cos on the Scientific Keypad (Layer 2), the calculator evaluates exact BigInt rational Taylor series rather than IEEE-754 floats. Below, we compare Layer 1 and Layer 2 function-by-function and show graphically how they interchange.

Layer 1: Core SHD-CCP Kernel

NO \(\sin, \cos, \tan\), or \(\sqrt{x}\). Uses Wildberger's Rational Trigonometry and Rational Cayley Spinors over \(\mathbb{Q}\):

  • Quadrance \(Q = d^2\) replaces Euclidean distance \(d = \sqrt{\Delta x^2+\Delta y^2+\Delta z^2}\).
  • Spread \(s = \frac{A_R}{16Q_1 Q_2} \in \mathbb{Q}\) replaces \(\sin^2\theta\) and \(\tan\theta\).
  • Cross \(c = 1 - s \in \mathbb{Q}\) replaces \(\cos^2\theta\).
  • Rational Cayley Map \(\mathcal{C}_{\text{rat}}(t)\) generates exact unit circle/sphere points \((\frac{1-t^2}{1+t^2}, \frac{2t}{1+t^2}) \in S^1 \cap \mathbb{Q}^2\) with zero trig calls.

Layer 2: Scientific Keypad (sin, cos)

NO IEEE-754 Math.sin / Math.cos. Evaluates bounded BigInt Rational Taylor Polynomials over exact fractions \(a = \frac{n}{d} \in \mathbb{Q}\):

$$\sin_{\mathbb{Q}}(a) = a - \frac{a^3}{6} + \frac{a^5}{120}$$ $$\cos_{\mathbb{Q}}(a) = 1 - \frac{a^2}{2} + \frac{a^4}{24}$$

Every intermediate power and factorial division is reduced by Euclidean \(\gcd\) in BigInt arithmetic, completely avoiding IEEE-754 floating-point tables.

Layer 3: WebGL GPU Viewport

Uses hardware Math.sin / Math.cos only for screen pixels.

Your monitor's GPU rasterizer (Three.js) requires standard floating-point \((x,y,z)\) vertex buffers to draw the 3D torus tubes onto the screen. These visual coordinates never feed back into the rational ALU.

Direct Function-by-Function Interchange: Layer 1 (Rational Kernel) vs. Layer 2 (BigInt Taylor Keypad)

How do you translate a problem between Layer 2's angle-based Taylor polynomials (\(\theta\) in radians) and Layer 1's pure rational algebraic invariants (half-tangent slope \(t = \frac{n}{d}\), Spread \(s\), Cross \(c\), and Quadrance \(Q\))? The bridge is the Weierstrass / Cayley Rational Parameterization \(t = \tan(\theta/2) \in \mathbb{Q}\), which bijectively maps rational slopes \(t = \frac{n}{d}\) onto exact rational points on the unit circle without a single square root or transcendental series:

Complete Catalogue: What We Bypass & The Exact Efficiency Gains

By replacing continuous floating-point calculus and brute-force enumeration with discrete algebraic topology and rational trigonometry, the SHD-CCP architecture bypasses seven major computational bottlenecks.

Bottleneck Bypassed Classical Cost / Failure Mode SHD-CCP Replacement Mechanism Concrete Efficiency & Precision Gain
1. Transcendental Trig (\(\sin,\cos,\tan,\arccos\)) & \(\sqrt{x}\) in Geometry \(20\text{--}100+\) CPU cycles per CORDIC call; irrational float drift breaks collinearity checks (\(A=0\)). Rational Trigonometry: Quadrance \(Q=d^2\), Spread \(s\), TQF \(A_R=16A^2\), and Rational Cayley Spinors \(\mathcal{C}_{\text{rat}}(u) \in S^3 \cap \mathbb{Q}^4\). \(O(1)\) pure integer/rational ALU ops (\(3\text{--}6\) multiplies/adds); \(0\%\) float drift; TQF removes \(33\%\) of redundant collinear vertices.
2. IEEE-754 64-Bit Float Ceiling (\(2^{53}-1\)) & Base-2 Rounding Truncates base-10 fractions (0.1+0.2 = 0.30000000000000004); destroys digits past \(15\text{--}17\) places. Unbounded BigInt Rational Tensors \(\{n,d\}\) + Garner CRT over Prime Triplet \((881,883,887)\). Infinite decimal precision; CRT packs states up to \(M=690{,}017{,}701\) into three parallel \(10\)-bit integer channels inside 32 bits.
3. Exponential Softmax \(\frac{\exp(z_j)}{\sum \exp(z_k)}\) & Full \(\kappa^d\) Branching Expensive transcendental \(\exp(\cdot)\) calls; dense non-zero tails force evaluation of all \(\kappa^d\) branches (\(12^3=1{,}728\)). \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Closed Hyperbolic Sparsemax \(S_{ij} = [z_{i\to j} - \tau_i]_+\) + Rational Lorentz Lift \(\tilde{q}_i = \frac{1}{w_i}(1, m_i)\). Zero \(\exp(\cdot)\) calls; exact simplex projection sets sub-threshold branches to exact zero, pruning \(65\%\text{--}85\%\) of branches (\(4/12\) active).
4. 3D Volumetric Grid Diffusion (\(\partial_t\rho = D\nabla^2\rho\)) Exhaustive 3D grid evaluation scales cubically with search radius: \(N_{\text{grid}} \sim \mathcal{O}((R/h)^3)\). Monoid Collapse \(\phi(T_1\circ T_2) = \phi(T_1)\cdot\phi(T_2)\) + Sparse Mass-Node Dijkstra \(c_{ij} = \frac{d_{ij}^2}{M_i+M_j+\epsilon}\). Reduces complexity from cubic \(\mathcal{O}((R/h)^3)\) to near-linear \(\mathcal{O}(\vert V\vert\log\vert V\vert)\) when \(\vert V\vert \ll (R/h)^3\).
5. \(\mathcal{O}(T)\) Trajectory RAM Storage & Frame Buffers Storing \(T\) orbit states takes \(\mathcal{O}(T)\) RAM; recomputing from \(x_0\) takes \(\mathcal{O}(T)\) time; 720-frame logs bloat RAM. \(\mathcal{O}(\sqrt{T})\) Structural Checkpointing (\(L=\lceil\sqrt{T}\rceil\)) + 12-10-8 Three-Gear Torsional Markov Offload. Cuts state reconstruction time & RAM from \(\mathcal{O}(T)\) to \(\mathcal{O}(\sqrt{T})\); the \(720 \to 72 \to 10\) gear train achieves a \(72:1\) memory offload.
6. Full 12-Layer SHA-256 Merkle Check on Invalid Packets Computing 12 sequential SHA-256 hashes (\(\tau_{12}\to\tau_1\)) on every network packet wastes CPU cycles on noise. 8-Bit South Halo Pre-Filter (Bits [63:56]) indexing Cycle Step k, Mod-30 Wheel u, and Structure. Acts as an \(O(1)\) single-byte L1 cache filter that immediately rejects \(255/256 \approx 99.61\%\) of mismatched packets before hashing.
7. OS Thread Locks, Heap Allocations & External FPS Timers Object allocation per 3D point triggers GC pauses; mutex locks stall threads; 60 FPS timers drift from atomic time. 64-Bit Einstein Tile (uint64) + \(W_\Sigma=60\) Intrinsic Clock (\(30\text{ pulses}=0.5\text{ s}=4{,}596{,}315{,}885\text{ Cs cycles}\)). Fits 4-phase state into one 64-bit register (\(8\) tiles per AVX-512 SIMD instruction) with zero heap allocation and zero Cesium drift.
