deeply compatible3 hard gates The two systems are convergent evolution from the same instinct: a 64-bit packet as the atom of verifiable state, an untrusted proposer split from an exact certifier, and honesty as an engineering discipline. Our POLYCENTRIA.md dual-helix (oracle proposes / certifier decides) and their six-Point topology describe the same governance shape at two altitudes. Conversion is therefore mostly a mapping, not a rewrite — but three gates must clear first (§05): the naming collision, the IP-assignment chain for the pump kernel, and public-repo disclosure hygiene.

The rhyme is not cosmetic: both stacks refuse a privileged center (their "composition privileges no participant" ↔ our "no node trusts another's verdict"), both measure instead of asserting, and both put the checkpoint before the action (their Point of Control ↔ our crystallization windows).

Reading the map top-down: the BioChain governance system converts into Polycentria's topology without inventing anything — every Point already has a measured mechanism living at it. The conversion is adopting their names, their axis, and their tags as the canonical description layer.

05Compatibility gates — the troubleshoot, honestly

GATE 1 · The naming collision. "Polycentria" is simultaneously our governance model (the Polycentria Dual-Helix, Library/Experimental_Systems/POLYCENTRIA.md) and their organization (Emotivity Inc., dba Polycentria). Worse, the two document sets contradict each other on Schism Labs: our POLYCENTRIA.md says "the organization name Schism Labs is unchanged," their staged content says "the Schism Labs second entity is deprecated — do not reintroduce." Resolution needed before any shared publication: one owner for each name, one sentence recording the relationship. Proposed: the model keeps "Polycentria Dual-Helix" with an attribution line; the org is always "Polycentria (Emotivity Inc.)". decision, not code

GATE 2 · The IP assignment chain for the pump. The Hyperbolic Sparsemax Pump — the executable kernel this whole BioChain deployment uses as its consensus clock — originates here ("BioChain AI · Owl Academy — Experimental Systems") and is simultaneously tracked in their internal new-matter inventory pending an assignment-chain confirmation to Emotivity Inc. Until that chain is confirmed in writing, merging code between the repos is a legal event, not a git event. Everything in this study is mapping and interface design; no code crosses until the assignment question is resolved by counsel. legal gate

GATE 3 · Disclosure hygiene. This repo serves public GitHub Pages; two of the four reviewed documents are internal (one legal-confidential). Rule adopted for this page and everything after it: public pages cite public concepts only — no claim inventories, no filing specifics, no counsel or partner names, no internal roadmap items. Their own discipline ("disclosure to partners is a patent-disclosure event") applies to us the moment we touch shared material. Also worth their attention in the other direction: the pump proof has been publicly visible in this repo's Experimental Systems — the already-public boundary should be inventoried by counsel too. process gate
