Seats-per-toroid (72) is a gear ratio; the real capacity limit is hexagonal surface
packing (density π/√12 ≈ 0.9069), N ≈ 4π²Rr / (2√3 ρ²) — not the 3-D kissing
number (12, which counts spheres touching one central sphere). Raise ρ to grow the node spheres toward
that limit.
Two channels, both recovered: text from the key stream (token ids — exact,
independent of precision); the geometric chain from the quaternion deltas. The default
lossy packet (Form 0-2) decays over the chain; Form 3's corrective offset reconstructs it
losslessly. TTMPT crystallization is avalanche-like, so the deltas are high-entropy — the
outer scale is lossless, middle/inner are SLERP-approximate. Hashing doesn't create
compressibility; the keys keep the text exact regardless.
